What kinds of certification products are available from Exact-Exams.com?

Use the Exact-Exams exam simulator and testing engine to target specific fields of study for each exam. Just download the Q & A from your Members Area and receive automatic updates with a current subscription.
  2. Study Guides (Concepts and Labs)
    Exact-Exams Certification Study Guides give you the theoretical background and practical know-how for the exam. Download the Study Guide for easy use on your PC or print the study guide and take it with you.
  3. Audio Exams
    Study guides in MP3 format for easy understanding. Any media player will be ok.
  4. Preparation Labs
    Preparation Labs are available for some of our CompTIA, Cisco, VMware and Microsoft exams.
    These are lab scenarios on how to solve the problems as well as detailed onliner tutorials and lab solutions so that people can practice on their own equipment. They give overview of real software / hardware configurations so that you become familiar with the testing environment.

What document format are used for Q&A and Study Guides products?
Exact-Exams Q&As documents are provided in the Exact-Exams iPad format (text document which can be read using Q&A internal viewer). Study Guides products are provided in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.

What type of Testing Engines are used by Exact-Exams?
Exact-Exams Q&A products use Interactive Testing Engine - downloadable exam simulator that you install on your local PC and has advanced training features to let you structure your experience the way you like it.

Can I try the Interactive Testing Engine for free?

Questions and Answers with Explanations

What does your Q&A with explanations entail?
Our Q&A with explanations contain simulated exam questions with the most accurate answers. Each answer is thoroughly explained, including the incorrect answers. With our Q&A you should be able to pass the certification exam at your first attempt. More information can be found on our Questions & Answers page.

Do all your Q&A include explanations?
No. Our goal is to provide explanations to all our Q&A. There are still some Q&A without explanations.

How can I tell if a product has explanations or not before I make the purchase?
The products are named appropriately for either format. On the product page your Questions and Answers will be listed as "Q & A" or "Q & A with Explanations".

Can I pass an exam with Exact-Exams Q & A only?
Yes it is entirely possible, in fact we even guarantee it. For the best training experience and for complete understanding of the certification or exam criteria - we recommend that you use all of the training resources for that exam. Look for our Value Packs for exams and certifications that combine products that save you money and leverage your study time.

Study Guides

What exactly is in your Study Guides?
All of our Study Guides are designed to ensure that you have the required knowledge to pass the exams on the first attempt. They consist of detailed explanations of the concepts that are tested in the exam as well as a labs section where you can learn the practical implementation of concepts. What are the system requirements to use the Exact-Exams products?
At the moment there are two requirements:

  1. You need a Windows operating system
  2. You need have the permissions to install a program in Windows
  3. Your computer must be able to access the Internet
  4. You need to install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
We are planning to provide our products for Mac and Linux operating systems in the future, but at the moment Windows is a requirement.

Updates

Are your updates free?
Free updates are available for 90 dates after the purchase. After 90 days the product is considered expired and is removed from the Member's Area of Exact-Exams customer. For the document products you should print the product before it is expired.

Are there products that have more than 90 days of free updates?
Yes, you can license our products for up to one year. For more information please access the Exact-Exams Licensing pages.

Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?
Expired products can be re-purchased at 50% discount from within your Member's Area.

How often are your products updated?
Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study guides to accurately reflect the current exams.

How do I know that there has been an update?
There are several ways:

  • For iPAD and Testing Engine (Q&A) products just start using the product. Updates will be downloaded automatically.
  • The New Releases section on www.Exact-Exams.com. You will notice the rapid updates here. Exact-Exams makes several updates every day.
  • Status of a purchased product can be found on the download page in the Member's Area.
  • Date of the latest release can also be found on the product's page.
  • Exact-Exams also sends out information on updates on a regular basis in Exact-Exams newsletter, usually once every two weeks. Registered Exact-Exams users receive the Newsletter.
In general, you should always check for a new update 3-4 days before you plan to take the exam.

How do I receive my updates?
For iPAD and Testing Engine (Q&A) products just start using the product. Updates will be downloaded automatically.

For PDF products:

  1. Go to www.Exact-Exams.com
  2. Locate Member's Area Login form in top-left corner
  3. Enter your E-mail and Password
  4. You see a list of purchased products.
  5. Click on the appropriate product name, for example Microsoft 70-290.
  6. Product download will start automatically

There was an update. I already printed the previous version. Do I need to reprint the whole document?
New questions are appended to the older versions. For most updates it enough just to print the new questions at the end of the new version.

There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?
The old version is probably cached at your computer. You could try to restart Internet Explorer, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the "Delete files" button.

Your products sound interesting, but I'd like to try before I buy. Do you have any demos?
Yes we do. On our Demo page you will find examples of our Practice exams. There are samples of two exams from all the certificates we cover. Further requests for samples can be provided. Please, e-mail feedback@exact-exams.com and state which sample you would like to receive.

I want a sample of another Exact-Exams product. Is this possible?
Yes, we can provide samples of all our products. Just mail your sample request to feedback@exact-exams.com and you will receive any sample you want promptly.

Our goal is the have at least 95% exam coverage and at least 95% accuracy.

How is the quality of the Exact-Exams products achieved?
