How to pay
How do I pay for the products?
There are currently two ways to pay for your Exact-exams products. Most customers use online payment with a credit card. If no credit card is , Bank Wire, Western Union, or MoneyGram can be used.
- Paying online using a credit card is the most frequent and fastest payment method. The purchased products will immediately be available for download.
- For Bank Wire, Western Union or MoneyGram payments contact for sales@exact-exams.com instructions.
Which credit cards does Exact-Exams accept?
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Electron.
Is my Credit Card Information secure at your site?
Absolutely. Secure it guaranteed by our Credit Card Processor PayPoint.net.
I am hesitant about buying things online. How secure is your site?
Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We therefore use a trusted third party vendor as our card processor. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network (using secure HTTPS data channel). We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you is never stored anywhere on our server.
Do you share your customer information database with any third parties?
At Exact-Exams we hate spam mail as much as everyone else, and we respect your right to privacy. Therefore we will never share any information about our customers with a third-party. The only email you will receive will come from us, and you can inform us at anytime if you want to be removed from our mail list.
How to purchase
How do I make an online purchase?
Please select the appropriate products from the Exact-Exams products page. Add them to your shopping cart. Click 'Checkout' button. Enter your credit card information and finish the purchase. If this is the first purchase at Exact-Exams and you are not a registered user, we will create an account for you at Exact-Exams automatically. After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Member's Area. If you want more detailed instructions please contact support@exact-exams.com.
I have made an online purchase. Were are the purchased products?
The purchased products are available at your Member's Area. Here is the procedure to download your product(s):
- Go to www.exact-exams.com
- Locate Member's Area Login form in top-left corner.
Note: If there is just a Member's Area link you would not be required to enter e-mail and password. - Enter E-mail and Password
Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from here. - Use the links in your Member's Area to access your products.
Do I receive a receipt?
Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is the receipt. The receipt is also stored in your Member's Area for easy access.
How to access purchased products
I need further download instructions. Where can I find it?
There are download instructions in the member zone.

Purchase Problems
I am not able to add products to my Shopping Cart. What is wrong?
Ensure that your cookies are enabled. To be able to make online purchases at Exact-Exams cookies must be enabled.
The system does not accept my credit card. What should I do?
- Please fill in all fields marked as mandatory
- Please make sure that you use valid credit card details.
I am absolutely sure I entered the correct credit card information, and still the system does not accept it. What should I do?
If the information you are submitting is absolutely correct, and you are still unable to make a purchase, it is possible your credit card purchase is being flagged as fraudulent, or for some reason your credit card company is not allowing the purchase. Contact your credit card issuer and ask if they are blocking any purchases. Your purchase will also be rejected if you have insufficient funds, make certain that you have credit available for the amount of your purchase.
You can try another card or use an alternative payment method. There are three alternative methods of payments.

The purchase went through succesfully, and I received an order confirmation e-mail. Still the purchased products do not show up in my Member's Area. What is wrong?
That means you order is manually reviewed by our team. You should have your products available within 12 hours.
If more than 12 hours has passed then please contact support@exact-exams.com.
The purchase seems to have gone through, though I have not received any e-mail confirmation on the purchase. What is wrong?
There might have been a glitch in the purchase process. Please, contact support@exact-exams.com. Please include E-mail address of your Exact-Exams account into the message. We will check the issue and reply you back.
Terms and Conditions
How are the goods delivered?
All purchases are downloaded from the internet. Typically you will have access to your purchases immediately after we have received your payment. If your order is manually reviewed however, there might be a delay up to 12 hours before your product is available for download.
How do I return the products I have purchased?
As all products are delivered in digital format it is not necessary to return the goods.
How do I ask for a refund?

How long does it take for you to respond to my emails?
Most emails are answered within 24 hours. All emails are answered within 48 hours.
